ORDERING POLICY:

We strive to fulfill orders from OutbackTrading.com within 24-48 hours of order placement. In rare instances, orders can take longer to process. The following guidelines are in place to give you the best estimates on when you can expect to receive your order. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.

Please note that Outback Trading Company reserves the right to cancel any order placed through OutbackTrading.com for any reason. Examples of why this would occur include but are not limited to suspected fraud or suspected excessive return/exchange requests as a result of fulfilling the order.

Order Processing Times

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 10am EST generally ship within 1-2 business days.

Outback Trading Company offices are generally closed on US public holidays. Web orders received on these days will typically ship the following business day.

Delays can and may occur that may be out of our control. Such as federal holiday  closures, Weather related events, Carrier delays etc. As always, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to get all orders out on time and as quickly as possible.

Cancelling An Order

Customers have the ability to cancel orders by viewing the Order Confirmation Page after placing the order. This page can be accessed by logging into your account on OutbackTrading.com or by clicking on the "View Order" button in your order confirmation email.

This is only valid before we begin processing an order. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we will no longer be able to cancel the order from the Order Confirmation Page.

SHIPPING WITHIN UNITED STATES

OutbackTrading.com offers multiple shipping methods for you to choose from when placing an order. Any shipping fees associated with an order are non-refundable.

Free shipping: Free economy shipping is offered for orders over $150 after any applied discounts. Valid only in the continental US.

Economy: Orders with Economy shipping are fulfilled using USPS, UPS, or FedEx with the most cost-effective shipping method. The vast majority of these orders ship out via UPS Ground Economy or USPS Ground Advantage. Orders using this method take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to arrive. 

Standard: Orders with Standard shipping are fulfilled using USPS, UPS or FedEx and typically arrive in 2-7 business days.

Priority: Orders shipped using this method typically take 2-4 business days to arrive and ship exclusively with FedEx.

Please Note: All shipping methods offer ESTIMATED delivery time-fames but do not guarantee a certain day of arrival. All shipping fees are also non-refundable.

SHIPPING TO CANADA

International orders from OutbackTrading.com will be shipped via USPS using their Priority International shipping method.

Most Canadian Orders will be delivered between 14 and 21 days, though we cannot guarantee timeframes due to unpredictable timeframes with importing products into Canada. We do, however, provide a tracking number with each order.

Please Note: Canadian Customers will be responsible for any duties or tariffs associated with the import of their order.

SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

International orders from OutbackTrading.com will be shipped via USPS.

Shipping estimates are not provided due to additional fees that may be acquired by customs, duties or tariffs. Tracking number(s) are provided for all USPS deliveries.
