Outback Trading Co. can only accept product returns for orders placed on OutbackTrading.com and are within 30 days of the order delivery date.
Any returned products must meet the following criteria:
A returned product showing any type of wear will be subject to a deduction on the return credit at the sole discretion of Outback Trading Co.
All returns must be initiated within the Outbacktrading.com Returns Portal located at https://www.outbacktrading.com/a/returns. Any items returned to our warehouse without being processed in this portal will be refused.
If you choose to return an item for any reason, you will be required to pay shipping costs when sending the item back to our warehouse with the exception of defective items (see below).
Please note that OutbackTrading.com gift cards are not eligible for return.
Your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt of the returned item. Please note the refund can take up to 5 additional business days to finalized depending on your card issuer.

In order to exchange a product, we require customers to place a new order for the correct size and color of that item. This ensures that we have availability of that specific product configuration. Additionally, US customers are eligible for free shipping on this second order.
The original order simply needs to be processed as a return (see Return Policy).

Outback Trading Company provides a one year warranty on everything sold through Outbacktrading.com. If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us. If your product is indeed defective, a replacement or refund will be arranged at no further cost to you.
