Return Policy

OutbackTrading.com can only accept return requests for orders placed on OutbackTrading.com that meet the following criteria:

  • ☑ Item was delivered within past 30 days.
  • ☑ Item is in “new” condition
  • ☑ Item is unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
  • ☑ Item includes the original tags.

All returns must be initiated within the Outbacktrading.com Returns Portal. Any items returned to our warehouse without being processed in this portal will be refused.

If you reside within the United States, you will be charged a flat-fee of $8.00 USD for return shipping and a label will be provided automatically. This charge will be deducted from your refund. Please note: All original shipping is non-refundable and can be found under our shipping policy page.

If you reside outside of the United States, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us at your expense.

Your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt of the returned item. Please note: the refund can take up to 5 additional business days to finalized depending on your card issuer.

Any returned product showing any type of wear will be subject to a deduction on the return credit at the sole discretion of Outback Trading Co.

Warranty Policy

Outback Trading Company provides a one year warranty on everything sold through Outbacktrading.com. We assess each warranty request on a case by case basis. Please contact us if you never received your order, received the wrong product, or believe you have received a defective product. If your order is determined to be eligible for warranty, we will either replace the product or provide a refund at no further cost to you.

ORDERING POLICY

Order Processing Times: 

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 10am EST generally ship within 1-3 business days.

Outback Trading Company offices are generally closed on US public holidays. Web orders received on these days will typically ship the following weekday.

Delays can and may occur that may be out of our control. Such as Holiday closures, Weather related events, Carrier delays etc. As always, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to get all orders out on time and as quickly as possible.

 

Cancelling / Editing Your Order:

Customers have the ability to cancel or make changes to their order order by viewing the Order Confirmation Page after placing the order. This page can be accessed by logging into your account on OutbackTrading.com or by clicking on the "View Order" button in your order confirmation email.

This is only valid before we begin processing an order. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we will no longer be able to make any changes and you will be unable to edit or cancel the order from the Order Confirmation Page.

 

SHIPPING WITHIN UNITED STATES

OutbackTrading.com offers multiple shipping methods for you to choose from when placing an order. Any shipping fees associated with an order are non-refundable.

Economy Shipping: Orders shipped using this method typically takes 3-10 business days to arrive. Most of these orders will be shipped out using UPS Surepost. 

USPS Ground Advantage: Orders shipped using this method typically take 2-6 business days to arrive. 

USPS Priority Mail: Orders shipped using this method typically take2-4 business days to arrive.

Please Note: All shipping methods offer ESTIMATED delivery time-fames but do not guarantee a certain day of arrival. All shipping fees are also non-refundable.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

International orders from OutbackTrading.com will be shipped via USPS.

Unfortunately, we cannot give shipping estimates as the time orders take to pass through customs can vary. We do, however, provide a tracking number with each order shipped with USPS.

Please Note: International Customers will be responsible for any duties or tariffs associated with the import of their order into their respective country.

Just arrived today

This jacket just arrived today and it is very very nice, similar to my two pathfinder jackets in construction quality. This will be replacing my Duluth firehose jacket which was my everyday winter short jacket. I’m quite sure this Landsman jacket is more than up for the task of replacing the old jacket. I like the pockets on this jacket especially the CCW pocket which was a major factor in this purchase. Everything we order from outback we order on my wife’s account and we are now waiting for two vests and the Re proofing spray. So now we have almost as many Outback jackets as you do.

Just Buy It!!

I bought this on impulse when I was up in Mariposa (near Yosemite) just because I had always wanted a jacket that looked like this and when I put it on, it fit me well. Since then, I have just constantly been surprised with the quality of this jacket! It kept me warm, was comfortable and allowed me full range of movement when I had to shovel snow out of the road I was trying to drive my tiny civic on a back road. Little did I know when I purchased this thing... it has a concealed carry pocket. it is located in the left breast pocked and is hidden. Now I'm still figuring this out, but I have a g43 and thought it would be a good fit, but I need a holster for it to feel right in there. I was messing around and thought, hmm maybe I would feel comfortable with a 1911 in the jacket's pocket holster . Well... it fit, damn near perfectly. 5" steel frame 1911 quite literally disappeared in this jacket and was actually easy to draw. The only thing I regret about this jacket, is not buying it sooner.
