ORDERING POLICY:
We strive to fulfill orders from OutbackTrading.com within 24-48 hours of order placement. In rare instances, orders can take longer to process. The following guidelines are in place to give you the best estimates on when you can expect to receive your order. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.
Please note that Outback Trading Company reserves the right to cancel any order placed through OutbackTrading.com for any reason. Examples of why this would occur include but are not limited to suspected fraud or suspected excessive return/exchange requests as a result of fulfilling the order.
Order Processing Times
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 10am EST generally ship within 1-2 business days.
Outback Trading Company offices are generally closed on US public holidays. Web orders received on these days will typically ship the following weekday.
Delays can and may occur that may be out of our control. Such as Holiday closures, Weather related events, Carrier delays etc. As always, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to get all orders out on time and as quickly as possible.
Cancelling An Order
Customers have the ability to cancel orders by viewing the Order Confirmation Page after placing the order. This page can be accessed by logging into your account on OutbackTrading.com or by clicking on the "View Order" button in your order confirmation email.
This is only valid before we begin processing an order. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we will no longer be able to cancel the order from the Order Confirmation Page.
SHIPPING WITHIN UNITED STATES
OutbackTrading.com offers multiple shipping methods for you to choose from when placing an order. Any shipping fees associated with an order are non-refundable.
Economy: Orders with Economy shipping are fulfilled using USPS, UPS, or FedEx with the most cost-effective shipping method. The vast majority of these orders ship out via UPS Ground Economy or USPS Ground Advantage. Orders using this method take anywhere from 3 to 10 days to arrive.
Standard: Orders with Standard shipping are fulfilled using USPS, UPS or FedEx and typically arrive in 2-7 days.
Priority: Orders shipped using this method typically take 2-3 business days to arrive and ship exclusively with FedEx.
Please Note: All shipping methods offer ESTIMATED delivery time-fames but do not guarantee a certain day of arrival. All shipping fees are also non-refundable.
SHIPPING TO CANADA
International orders from OutbackTrading.com will be shipped via USPS using their Priority International shipping method.
Most Canadian Orders will be delivered between 14 and 21 days, though we cannot guarantee timeframes due to unpredictable timeframes with importing products into Canada. We do, however, provide a tracking number with each order.
Please Note: Canadian Customers will be responsible for any duties or tariffs associated with the import of their order.
SHIPPING WORLDWIDE
International orders from OutbackTrading.com will be shipped via USPS.
Shipping estimates are not provided due to additional fees that may be acquired by customs, duties or tariffs. Tracking number(s) are provided for all USPS deliveries.

I have had the same work jacket for about 15 years from another reputable company and it finally got worn out and I decided to replace it. I did my research and decided to buy this jacket from outback trading. One of the best purchases I’ve made. Truly the best jacket. It looks nice and has very nice pockets. Well-made with good zippers. I am cold natured and this is the warmest jacket I’ve ever had. I have worn every day since I’ve gotten it and feel confident it will last me another 15 years or even longer………well that being said…my dogs got a hold of it yesterday and chewed on the inside lining pretty good. I’m devastated. I wonder if outback trading would have sympathy for me and let me buy another with a discount. I really wanted this jacket to last me forever!

Got this jacket for Christmas and I am OBSESSED. I live in TX and this is the perfect weight. It’s warm on the torso but not heavy on the sleeves so you can still move easily. I also spent Christmas in the smoky Mountains and this jacket was plenty warm enough! This will be my new barn/riding jacket for sure. For reference I am 5’8” and weigh 175lbs and I got a large. There is plenty of room to layer without it being baggy.

Excellent quality product. My wife loves this classy, stylish jacket that is ready for work or wear out to town. The lining is warm and not heavy. The oilskin will keep her dry from the worst climate events that might be thrown at her! She has another Outback oilskin she has worn in a downpour of rain and did not even get damp under the jacket. The zippers are heavy-duty, the stitching is well done, interior pockets and the hood are very nice. I have owned outback oilskins for 25 years and none have worn out. This jacket I anticipate will keep her warm in the coldest of weather here in Kansas. It does get below zero here briefly so it will be tested in challenging environments! Her Jacket size leaves room for a warm sweater underneath. In the berry color, my wife looks terrific!

I just received my Adelaide oilskin and it's perfect. This I my first ride in it and it kept me very warm even in the winds. I was going back and forth between deciding on a large or medium and ended up going with a medium. It fits just right even with my wide shoulders. I am so far pleased with the coat and it's function.

Great quality . Super warm with lots of pockets. The only thing I would change is the length of the sleeves. I ordered 1x and they are a bit short on me. Fits well everywhere else. It’s usually difficult to find things that fit when you have broad shoulders.
