ORDERING POLICY:
We strive to fulfill orders from OutbackTrading.com within 24-48 hours of order placement. In rare instances, orders can take longer to process. The following guidelines are in place to give you the best estimates on when you can expect to receive your order. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.
Please note that Outback Trading Company reserves the right to cancel any order placed through OutbackTrading.com for any reason. Examples of why this would occur include but are not limited to suspected fraud or suspected excessive return/exchange requests as a result of fulfilling the order.
Order Processing Times
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 10am EST generally ship within 1-2 business days.
Outback Trading Company offices are generally closed on US public holidays. Web orders received on these days will typically ship the following weekday.
Delays can and may occur that may be out of our control. Such as Holiday closures, Weather related events, Carrier delays etc. As always, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to get all orders out on time and as quickly as possible.
Cancelling An Order
Customers have the ability to cancel orders by viewing the Order Confirmation Page after placing the order. This page can be accessed by logging into your account on OutbackTrading.com or by clicking on the "View Order" button in your order confirmation email.
This is only valid before we begin processing an order. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we will no longer be able to cancel the order from the Order Confirmation Page.
SHIPPING WITHIN UNITED STATES
OutbackTrading.com offers multiple shipping methods for you to choose from when placing an order. Any shipping fees associated with an order are non-refundable.
Economy: Orders with Economy shipping are fulfilled using USPS, UPS, or FedEx with the most cost-effective shipping method. The vast majority of these orders ship out via UPS Ground Economy or USPS Ground Advantage. Orders using this method take anywhere from 3 to 10 days to arrive.
Standard: Orders with Standard shipping are fulfilled using USPS, UPS or FedEx and typically arrive in 2-7 days.
Priority: Orders shipped using this method typically take 2-3 business days to arrive and ship exclusively with FedEx.
Please Note: All shipping methods offer ESTIMATED delivery time-fames but do not guarantee a certain day of arrival. All shipping fees are also non-refundable.
SHIPPING TO CANADA
International orders from OutbackTrading.com will be shipped via USPS using their Priority International shipping method.
Most Canadian Orders will be delivered between 14 and 21 days, though we cannot guarantee timeframes due to unpredictable timeframes with importing products into Canada. We do, however, provide a tracking number with each order.
Please Note: Canadian Customers will be responsible for any duties or tariffs associated with the import of their order.
SHIPPING WORLDWIDE
International orders from OutbackTrading.com will be shipped via USPS.
Shipping estimates are not provided due to additional fees that may be acquired by customs, duties or tariffs. Tracking number(s) are provided for all USPS deliveries.

I work in HVAC on rooftops all winter long in Michigan this jacket stood the test of the harshest weather condition s this state has to offer. From blizzards to cold rain it kept me warm and dry. I will wear the jacket until the threads come apart and I will buy another.

We had a trip planned for Scotland and Ireland. Since having travelled quite extensively, I am highly aware of never taking more than you need. I researched both countries for what to expect of the weather during the time we would be there. For most trips, I would pack a wind breaker/rain jacket and a fleece jacket. This would usually keep me warm and dry in all the conditions and be light. I felt this trip was going to need something different. Having a background owning oilskin products in the past (some of which were Outback Trading), I felt there may be something out there that might work. The 'Brant' model was relatively new at the time (spring 2023) but still had enough reviews to interest my 'short list'. I ended up ordering direct from Outback Trading. The whole process (to Canada) was quick and problem free.
Now for the jacket. Deciding factors were water 'proof', wind proof, warmth, hood and a nice selection of large pockets. The jacket, in my opinion, was the absolutely best choice for the trip. Whenever we were somewhere (with our group) and the winds were blowing and/or it was cold and/or it was raining, there would always be several in our group looking like they were going to mug me for the jacket. They always saw me comfortable (sometimes a bit marginally) while they were absolutely not. I saw others with very good name brand outerwear, but one thing or another would not allow their gear to perform as well. The large pockets would allow me to carry my noise…

Despite living in the south, i bought this jacket for the few months out of the year where it gets cold enough to wear it. It works great in the rain and snow, and keeps me very warm and dry even when the temperature dips down into the 20’s. It fits great and is also very comfortable. It doesn’t feel too crammed if you need to put a few layers underneath.

A jacket that can be worn anywhere. Great quality and attention to detail. I have not worn in a rainstorm, nor has the weather turned to winter yet, but the oilskin should keep me completely dry regardless of a downpour of rain. The lining is very comfortable and appears like a flannel blanket so it should be toasty in the coldest conditions! I do recommend. I have several products from Outback and all are fantastic and should last for many years!

These garments are a quality product. The material is excellent, the zipper, snap flap, and interior pockets are very nicely done! The exterior canvas will last for years to come. The lining appears to be very warm. I have not yet experienced extreme cold or heavy rains with this garment as of yet, but I have high expectations for this exemplary coat. I own a full-length Drover coat with the removable sheepskin lining from Outback. I have had this coat for twenty-five years, and it is still in excellent condition! I've been in downpours of rain; not once did I get damp underneath the coat. I have been in freezing cold and have not gotten chilled at all! I own a cattle ranch, and these coats are terrific when working from horseback. Besides being terrific for work or wear to town garments, they just look classy! Service is also exemplary; I ordered a size too small (XL - I am 6'3" 230) Called them, and they immediately sent a return label, and I rapidly received the replacement. I recommend Outback for quality products that last a very long time!
