Orders placed on OutbackTrading.com this holiday season will be eligible for returns or exchanges through January 15, 2024.

Return Policy

OutbackTrading.com can only accept return requests for orders placed on OutbackTrading.com that meet the following criteria:

  • ☑ Item was delivered within past 30 days.
  • ☑ Item is in “new” condition
  • ☑ Item is unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
  • ☑ Item includes the original tags.

All returns must be initiated within the Outbacktrading.com Returns Portal. Any items returned to our warehouse without being processed in this portal will be refused.

If you reside within the United States, you will be charged a flat-fee of $8.00 USD for return shipping and a label will be provided automatically. This charge will be deducted from your refund. Please note: All original shipping is non-refundable and can be found under our shipping policy page.

If you reside outside of the United States, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us at your expense.

Your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt of the returned item. Please note: the refund can take up to 5 additional business days to finalized depending on your card issuer.

Any returned product showing any type of wear will be subject to a deduction on the return credit at the sole discretion of Outback Trading Co.

OutbackTrading.com can only accept exchange requests for orders placed on OutbackTrading.com that meet the following criteria:

If you reside within the United States, a return label will be provided automatically free of charge. We will also ship your replacement item to you free of charge

If you reside outside of the United States, we do not allow exchange requests.

We can only offer exchanges for the same item in a different configuration (size/color) that is currently available in stock.

NOTE: Once an item is exchanged, it can no longer be exchanged or returned for a refund.

Warranty Policy

Outback Trading Company provides a one year warranty on everything sold through Outbacktrading.com. We assess each warranty request on a case by case basis. Please contact us if you never received your order, received the wrong product, or believe you have received a defective product. If your order is determined to be eligible for warranty, we will either replace the product or provide a refund at no further cost to you.

ORDERING POLICY

We strive to fulfill orders from OutbackTrading.com within 24 hours of order placement. In rare instances, orders can take longer to process. Please note that Outback Trading Company reserves the right to cancel any order placed through OutbackTrading.com for any reason. Examples of why this would occur include but are not limited to suspected fraud or suspected excessive return/exchange requests as a result of fulfilling the order.

Order Processing Times: 

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 10am EST generally ship within 1-3 business days.

Outback Trading Company offices are generally closed on US public holidays. Web orders received on these days will typically ship the following weekday.

Delays can and may occur that may be out of our control. Such as Holiday closures, Weather related events, Carrier delays etc. As always, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to get all orders out on time and as quickly as possible.

 

Cancelling / Editing Your Order:

Customers have the ability to cancel or make changes to their order order by viewing the Order Confirmation Page after placing the order. This page can be accessed by logging into your account on OutbackTrading.com or by clicking on the "View Order" button in your order confirmation email.

This is only valid before we begin processing an order. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we will no longer be able to make any changes and you will be unable to edit or cancel the order from the Order Confirmation Page.

 

SHIPPING WITHIN UNITED STATES

OutbackTrading.com offers multiple shipping methods for you to choose from when placing an order. Any shipping fees associated with an order are non-refundable.

Economy Shipping: Orders shipped using this method typically takes 3-10 business days to arrive. Most of these orders will be shipped out using UPS Surepost. 

USPS Ground Advantage: Orders shipped using this method typically take 2-6 business days to arrive. 

USPS Priority Mail: Orders shipped using this method typically take2-4 business days to arrive.

Please Note: All shipping methods offer ESTIMATED delivery time-fames but do not guarantee a certain day of arrival. All shipping fees are also non-refundable.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

International orders from OutbackTrading.com will be shipped via USPS.

Unfortunately, we cannot give shipping estimates as the time orders take to pass through customs can vary. We do, however, provide a tracking number with each order shipped with USPS.

Please Note: International Customers will be responsible for any duties or tariffs associated with the import of their order into their respective country.

Nice warm jacket

I like the added length to keep my back warm while doing chores. The two way zipper is nice when riding horseback. This jacket is lightweight and warm warding off the strongest winds. My go to jacket when doing Fall and Winter barn chores.

Exactly what I wanted

Had been looking for a comfortable and good-looking 'work around the Farm' jacket. We have 10 acres of Christmas trees and associated barns/pond etc., I spend a lot of time on our Deere tractor as well as taking care of the trees, this is perfect. It's not heavy, I'd say mid-weight.

I reviewed the sizing comments here on the website and am so glad I did. Was able to see a good number of other buyers who had same general body size as me, and so I followed their advice and purchased a medium. I NEVER wear a medium in anything... yet, for this jacket, medium is perfect for me. So I would suggest that they are sized larger than other jackets.

I bought a matching Ridge Leather Hat, it's a perfect complement to the jacket. Let's not get carried away and think I now look like someone from Yellowstone, BUT, the jacket/hat are pretty cool, even on a 57-year old guy from Massachusetts.

Fills the bill

Bought at least two other jackets for my husband until this jacket turned out to be the keeper. He doesn’t like a hood, the flap pockets keep the horse hay out of them, good weight to keep warm, extra room in shoulders for ranch work, longer length helps too, as we get driving snow/rain. He actually chooses this jacket now over his last favorite absolutely threadbare jacket.

This is a jacket for all around use!

Lightweight and true to size with generous arm length. A good outer layer for temperatures down to zero. Snaps stay secure on the storm flap. Zipper stays in place. Outer pockets are a little shallow.

Great choice

I have been wanting a jacket like this for years. The other day it was 3 degrees and I wore this coat for the first time. It is the warmest coat I own. I would recommend this coat to everyone..
