Return Policy

OutbackTrading.com can only accept return requests for orders placed on OutbackTrading.com that meet the following criteria:

  • ☑ Item is unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.

All returns must be initiated within the Outbacktrading.com Returns Portal. Any items returned to our warehouse without being processed in this portal will be refused.

If you reside within the United States, you will be charged a flat-fee of $8.00 USD for return shipping and a label will be provided automatically. This charge will be deducted from your refund. Please note: All original shipping is non-refundable and can be found under our shipping policy page.

If you reside outside of the United States, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us at your expense.

Your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt of the returned item. Please note: the refund can take up to 5 additional business days to finalized depending on your card issuer.

Any returned product showing any type of wear will be subject to a deduction on the return credit at the sole discretion of Outback Trading Co.

Warranty Policy

Outback Trading Company provides a one year warranty on everything sold through Outbacktrading.com. We assess each warranty request on a case by case basis. Please contact us if you never received your order, received the wrong product, or believe you have received a defective product. If your order is determined to be eligible for warranty, we will either replace the product or provide a refund at no further cost to you.

ORDERING POLICY

Order Processing Times: 

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 10am EST generally ship within 1-3 business days.

Outback Trading Company offices are generally closed on US public holidays. Web orders received on these days will typically ship the following weekday.

Delays can and may occur that may be out of our control. Such as Holiday closures, Weather related events, Carrier delays etc. As always, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to get all orders out on time and as quickly as possible.

 

Cancelling / Editing Your Order:

Customers have the ability to cancel or make changes to their order order by viewing the Order Confirmation Page after placing the order. This page can be accessed by logging into your account on OutbackTrading.com or by clicking on the "View Order" button in your order confirmation email.

This is only valid before we begin processing an order. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we will no longer be able to make any changes and you will be unable to edit or cancel the order from the Order Confirmation Page.

 

SHIPPING WITHIN UNITED STATES

OutbackTrading.com offers multiple shipping methods for you to choose from when placing an order. Any shipping fees associated with an order are non-refundable.

Economy Shipping: Orders shipped using this method typically takes 3-10 business days to arrive. Most of these orders will be shipped out using UPS Surepost. 

USPS Ground Advantage: Orders shipped using this method typically take 2-6 business days to arrive. 

USPS Priority Mail: Orders shipped using this method typically take2-4 business days to arrive.

Please Note: All shipping methods offer ESTIMATED delivery time-fames but do not guarantee a certain day of arrival. All shipping fees are also non-refundable.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

International orders from OutbackTrading.com will be shipped via USPS.

Unfortunately, we cannot give shipping estimates as the time orders take to pass through customs can vary. We do, however, provide a tracking number with each order shipped with USPS.

Love my Chocolate Wagga Wagga Hat

I've been looking for over 20 years for a hat that I liked and looks good on me. While in Wall, SD I found this hat. Since the wife and I were on a 4300 mile motorcycle trip, I couldn't purchase it there. I took some pictures and ordered after we got home. The hat came in maybe 3-4 days and looked great straight out of the box. I've had many compliments on my new "style". I did not measure my head for this survey.

My new favorite hat

I have owned three Kodiak Oilskin hats from Outback and I love them. I havn't owned a leather hat for probably thirty years but have always wanted a new one. Many of the leather ones at Outback will not fit my 7 5/8 large head size according to the chart. I wish the Kodiak Leather was made in black but I decided to chance it with the Wagga Wagga even though it was 7 1/2 size because I know leather will always stretch. I love the look of the Wagga Wagga and the material is thick. It is obviously not a cheap made hat due to the fact it holds it's shape well. If you don't like the shape and you want to change it you wont be able to and thats the way a good hat is made. I get lots of compliments from wearing it just like the Kodiak. As soon as I got it I began wearing it to work daily. I synched it down tight to allow it to stretch out a bit. The first week was a bit tough and I had to remove it for a bit at break and lunch. Now though it fits perfect, I can go all day withought removing it and I don't have to worry about the Kansas wind blowing it off my head. A hat should not be so tight to give you a headache but should not require you to hold it on on a windy day. I kind of feel sorry for my Kodiak. It hangs more on the hat rack then on my head now.
