ORDERING POLICY
We strive to fulfill orders from OutbackTrading.com within 24 hours of order placement. In rare instances, orders can take longer to process. The following guidelines are in place to give you the best estimates on when you can expect to receive your order. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.
Please note that Outback Trading Company reserves the right to cancel any order placed through OutbackTrading.com for any reason. Examples of why this would occur include but are not limited to suspected fraud or suspected excessive return/exchange requests as a result of fulfilling the order.
Order Processing Times:
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 10am EST generally ship within 1-3 business days.
Outback Trading Company offices are generally closed on US public holidays. Web orders received on these days will typically ship the following weekday.
Delays can and may occur that may be out of our control. Such as Holiday closures, Weather related events, Carrier delays etc. As always, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to get all orders out on time and as quickly as possible.
Cancelling / Editing Your Order:
Customers have the ability to cancel or make changes to their order order by viewing the Order Confirmation Page after placing the order. This page can be accessed by logging into your account on OutbackTrading.com or by clicking on the "View Order" button in your order confirmation email.
This is only valid before we begin processing an order. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we will no longer be able to make any changes and you will be unable to edit or cancel the order from the Order Confirmation Page.
SHIPPING WITHIN UNITED STATES
OutbackTrading.com offers multiple shipping methods for you to choose from when placing an order. Any shipping fees associated with an order are non-refundable.
Economy Shipping: Orders shipped using this method typically takes 3-10 business days to arrive. Most of these orders will be shipped out using UPS Surepost.
USPS Ground Advantage: Orders shipped using this method typically take 2-6 business days to arrive.
USPS Priority Mail: Orders shipped using this method typically take2-4 business days to arrive.
Please Note: All shipping methods offer ESTIMATED delivery time-fames but do not guarantee a certain day of arrival. All shipping fees are also non-refundable.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL
International orders from OutbackTrading.com will be shipped via USPS.
Unfortunately, we cannot give shipping estimates as the time orders take to pass through customs can vary. We do, however, provide a tracking number with each order shipped with USPS.
Please Note: International Customers will be responsible for any duties or tariffs associated with the import of their order into their respective country.
