Care Instructions:

Your oilskin can be cleaned using a dry brush to remove any dirt.

If it needs to be washed, use water only and allow it to air-dry.

To remove sweat and odors, you can mix 1/3 vinegar with water.

We also recommend re-oiling your oilskin once a year to maintain its waterproof qualities with our Duck back wax.

We offer a 30 day return policy as outlined below as well as a one year defect warranty on everything sold on OutbackTrading.com.

Return Policy

OutbackTrading.com can only accept return requests for orders placed on OutbackTrading.com that meet the following criteria:

  • ☑ Item was delivered within past 30 days.
  • ☑ Item is in “new” condition
  • ☑ Item is unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
  • ☑ Item includes the original tags.

All returns must be initiated within the Outbacktrading.com Returns Portal. Any items returned to our warehouse without being processed in this portal will be refused.

If you reside within the United States, you will be charged a flat-fee of $8.00 USD for return shipping and a label will be provided automatically. This charge will be deducted from your refund. Please note: All original shipping is non-refundable and can be found under our shipping policy page.

If you reside outside of the United States, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us at your expense.

Your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt of the returned item. Please note: the refund can take up to 5 additional business days to finalized depending on your card issuer.

Any returned product showing any type of wear will be subject to a deduction on the return credit at the sole discretion of Outback Trading Co.

OutbackTrading.com can only accept exchange requests for orders placed on OutbackTrading.com that meet the following criteria:

If you reside within the United States, a return label will be provided automatically free of charge. We will also ship your replacement item to you free of charge

If you reside outside of the United States, we do not allow exchange requests.

We can only offer exchanges for the same item in a different configuration (size/color) that is currently available in stock.

NOTE: Once an item is exchanged, it can no longer be exchanged or returned for a refund.

Warranty Policy

Outback Trading Company provides a one year warranty on everything sold through Outbacktrading.com. We assess each warranty request on a case by case basis. Please contact us if you never received your order, received the wrong product, or believe you have received a defective product. If your order is determined to be eligible for warranty, we will either replace the product or provide a refund at no further cost to you.

ORDERING POLICY

We strive to fulfill orders from OutbackTrading.com within 24 hours of order placement. In rare instances, orders can take longer to process. Please note that Outback Trading Company reserves the right to cancel any order placed through OutbackTrading.com for any reason. Examples of why this would occur include but are not limited to suspected fraud or suspected excessive return/exchange requests as a result of fulfilling the order.

Order Processing Times: 

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm EST generally ship within 3-5 business days.
Orders placed on Fridays after 12pm, Saturday, or Sunday generally ship the following Monday.

Please note delays can and may occur that may be out of our control. Such as Holiday closures, Weather related events, Carrier delays etc. As always, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to get all orders out on time and as quickly as possible.

Please Note: Outback Trading Company offices are generally closed on US public holidays. Web orders received on these days will usually ship the following weekday.

Cancelling / Editing Your Order:

Customers have the ability to cancel or make changes to their order order by viewing the Order Confirmation Page after placing the order. This page can be accessed by logging into your account on OutbackTrading.com or by clicking on the "View Order" button in your order confirmation email.

This is only valid before we begin processing an order. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we will no longer be able to make any changes and you will be unable to edit or cancel the order from the Order Confirmation Page.


SHIPPING WITHIN UNITED STATES

OutbackTrading.com offers three "flat rate" shipping methods for you to choose from when placing an order. Any shipping fees associated with an order are non-refundable.

Economy Shipping: This represents the slowest but also cheapest shipping method we offer. We generally ship using UPS Surepost or USPS Ground Advantage if you choose Economy Shipping.

Standard Shipping: These orders are generally shipped using Priority Mail from the US Post Office. 

Express Shipping: This is our most expensive shipping option that ensures your package will be delivered as quickly as possible. These orders generally ship with UPS 2nd Day Air.

In order to provide accurate shipping estimates as well as fair rates, we have broken up the United States into 4 shipping zones as follows.

US EAST ZONE: 
ME, VT, NH, MA, NY, MI, IL, IN, OH, PA, RI, CT, NJ, DE, MD, DC, VA, WV, KY, TN, NC, SC, GA, AL, FL

US MIDWEST ZONE:

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

International orders from OutbackTrading.com will be shipped via USPS.

Unfortunately, we cannot give shipping estimates as the time orders take to pass through customs can vary. We do however provide a tracking number with each order shipped with USPS.

Amazing coat

fantastic quality i am 6ft 2 in 225 lbs XXL fits well, sleeves are plenty long (i usually need TALL sizing)

it's a bit large in the chest and mid section, but it will be perfect for layering underneath perfect garment for being horseback

I should have purchased one years ago

I'm a truck driver that works year around in all weather. You ask any otr or local trucker, rain is the worst. I'll put up with snow, blistering heat and even ice but working in the rain just plain old sucks. I've had many rain suits and jackets over my long career because they just don't last long. A few years or so and it's time to get a new one.

I was recommended to Outback's Stockman Duster Coat by those of you who have purchased it and made great reviews of the coat. I must say that I was a little apprehensive at the time, it's not because of the cost (a halfway decent rain suit will cost as much) it was because I was not use to a waxed canvas coat. But I bit the bullet and ordered one.

The coat is built like a tank! Fine craftsmanship and very rugged. My first rain experience was a couple of weeks ago and the water ran off the coat like water off a ducks back. One thing to take note of is that I have to keep it separate from other clothes so as to not stain them. This is a very small price to pay for the best coat that I've ever owned. Thanks Outback your my go to company for this type of work wear...
