Shipping and Handling

Outback Trading Company strives to deliver your products as quickly and conveniently as possible.

We currently offer UPS shipping to the United States and Canada. In 2016, we hope to add many more options for your convenience. Customers are required to pay the shipping costs as estimated by UPS. In some cases, we will require an additional $5.00 handling fee which would be built into the total shipping cost.


In nearly all cases, orders ship within 24 hours of the order being placed. In addition, most orders placed before noon EST will ship the same day. 


In the event that an ordered item is no longer in stock, we will notify you within 24 hours. Rest assured, that payment is never collected before we ship any items. In this case, you would never be charged and a hold on your credit card would be lifted after 7 days.


Canadian orders only ship out on Wednesday before 12 pm Eastern Standard Time. If your order is placed after that it will ship out the following Wednesday. 

We do not ship UPS to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is listed as the shipping address, and alternate form of shipping will be chosen which could result in delayed shipping times.

Returns

If you choose to return an item for any reason, you will be required to pay shipping costs when you send the item back to our warehouse. The only instance where this fee is waived is if there is any defect found in the shipped product. This process can be actioned by using our Return Request form.

Exchanges

If you choose to exchange an item for any reason, you will still be required to pay shipping costs when you return the original item. We will pay to ship you the exchanged item. The only instance where this fee is waived is if there is any defect found in the shipped product. This process can be actioned by using our Return Request form.
