Outback Trading Company Offers A Site-Wide 30 Day Return Policy.



We’re confident that you’ll love any of the products that Outback Trading Company has to offer. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your OutbackTrading.com purchase, we offer a 30 day return policy as outlined below.

RETURNS

Please note that Outback Trading Co. can only accept product returns for orders from OutbackTrading.com and are within 30 days of the order delivery date. Additionally, the product cannot be worn, altered, or washed and must be in new condition. A returned product showing any type of wear will not be credited and returned to you.

If you choose to return an item for any reason, you will be required to pay shipping costs when sending the item back to our warehouse.

Your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt of the returned item. Please note the refund can take up to 5 additional business days to finalized depending on your card issuer.

How To Return A Product:
Returns can be actioned by filling out our Return & Exchange Form and following the instructions listed on the bottom of this page.

EXCHANGES

Please note that Outback Trading Co. can only accept product exchanges for a different size or color of the same product style. Outback Trading Co. cannot exchange for a different product style due to pricing adjustments.

The product must be purchased through OutbackTrading.com; cannot be worn, altered, or washed; and must be in new condition. A product showing any type of wear will not be exchanged and returned to you.

If you choose to exchange an item for any reason, you will be required to pay shipping costs when sending the item back to our warehouse. Outback Trading Co. will pay the shipping costs to send you the exchanged item.

Please feel free to contact us to make sure that Outback Trading Co. has the requested exchange available in stock. In the event that Outback Trading Co. is unable to fulfil the exchange request, Outback Trading Co. will process your request as a return and you will receive a refund.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us. If your product is indeed defective, a replacement or refund will be arranged at no further cost to you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE FORM

  1. Download Our Return & Exchange Form by clicking here.
  2. Completely fill out the Return & Exchange Form.
  3. Package the product(s), original invoice, and Return & Exchange Form together as securely as possible.
  4. Please Write RETURN or EXCHANGE prominently on the outside of the package.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return or exchange to be processed. Sorry, delivery charges are not refundable.
